Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and work to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Manage and resolve tickets in a timely manner, adhering to SLAs and performance targets.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk team, Managed Services Department, and wider organization to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Work with Team Managers, Team Leaders, and Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • Technical expertise relevant to the role, demonstrated through a Zenzero technical assessment or recognized vendor certification.
  • Pluralsight Foundation role at Average or above.
  • Foundation level Microsoft certification or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
