The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our Service Desk team at B2BGateway. The successful candidate will be eager to learn and demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a methodical approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize, diagnose, and resolve multiple service requests and incidents while maintaining effective communication and adhering to service level agreements.
  • Monitor customer systems, identify issues, and resolve them efficiently while ensuring seamless communication and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring the line manager is informed of successes and risks.

Requirements

  • Technically minded with a strong understanding of IT systems and processes.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving with good time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Language Skills

While proficiency in Danish and German is a plus, we welcome candidates with other language skills.
