The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our Service Desk team at B2BGateway. The successful candidate will be eager to learn and demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize, diagnose, and resolve multiple service requests and incidents while maintaining effective communication and adhering to service level agreements.
- Monitor customer systems, identify issues, and resolve them efficiently while ensuring seamless communication and adherence to service level agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring the line manager is informed of successes and risks.
Requirements
- Technically minded with a strong understanding of IT systems and processes.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving with good time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Language Skills
While proficiency in Danish and German is a plus, we welcome candidates with other language skills.
