Andy File Associates Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aftersales Service Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the Water & Energy department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and timely completion of allocated tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Obtain tasks using PDA software and ensure timely completion of allocated work.
- Provide excellent customer service, including communicating ETA and any delays to customers.
- Carry out visual risk assessments and raise concerns with line managers.
- Deliver good customer service, discuss recommendations, and note these on reports.
- Carry out monthly stock takes and participate in on-the-job training and personal development courses.
- Liaise with customers, keep them informed of issues and updates, and seek office involvement when necessary.
- At least 1 year of electrical or mechanical engineering experience and electrical competence.
- Physically fit to perform the required job, with a clean driving license and ability to pass a driving license check.
- IT literate, especially in MS products and PDA reporting systems.
- Proven ability to fault find in demanding environments.
- Salary base £28k - £31k (up to £32k with experience).
- £100 monthly full attendance bonus.
- Up to £100 monthly additional sales leads bonus.
