Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective physiotherapy plans to meet the needs of patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and education.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and services.
- Diploma or degree in physiotherapy.
- Registration with the Health Professions Council.
- Appropriate postgraduate education and training in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Experience in staff supervision and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- MCSP certification.
- Experience in teaching and education.
- Participation in clinical and organizational audit.
- IT literacy.
