We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in the Musculoskeletal Department at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective physiotherapy plans to meet the needs of patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and education.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and services.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in physiotherapy.
  • Registration with the Health Professions Council.
  • Appropriate postgraduate education and training in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
  • Experience in staff supervision and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • MCSP certification.
  • Experience in teaching and education.
  • Participation in clinical and organizational audit.
  • IT literacy.
