Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled RMN Nurse to join our team at an established mental health provider. The successful candidate will work in a new 12-bedded specialist adolescent inpatient unit, treating young people aged 13-18 with acute mental health issues, including mood disorders, psychosis, and co-existing needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to adolescents with complex mental health needs
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, HCA's, occupational therapists, psychologists, and teaching staff
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote recovery and well-being
- Annual salary of up to £37,500 + £5000 welcome bonus
- The equivalent of 33 days annual leave (inc Bank Holidays) - plus your birthday off
