Job Title: Senior Brand Manager - Lung Cancer - Hybrid/West London

Job Summary:

As a Senior Brand Manager at CHASE, you will play a critical role in the successful launch of a new oncology drug in the UK. You will be responsible for driving the execution of the pan-European Launch Strategy, including the development and implementation of pre-launch and launch marketing strategies and tactics within the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive launch plan to ensure the successful introduction of a new oncology drug in the UK market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and medical affairs, to drive the operationalization of brand strategy in the UK.
  • Design and implement highly effective marketing tactics across various channels, including integrated digital solutions.
  • Proactively drive and lead the brand planning process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and influencers in the UK oncology market.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to ensure the launch strategy remains effective and compliant.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in launching new drugs in the UK, from pre-Marketing Authorisation to post-Marketing Authorisation.
  • Strong understanding of the NHS across the UK and experience working with Specialist Commissioning.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and executing effective marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent team working, communication, engagement, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision.
  • Previous experience in oncology and/or medicines funded by Specialist Commissioning.
