Job Title: Assistant Showroom ManagerAbout the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Showroom Manager to join our client's new retail store in Bath. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales, exceeding budget plans, and achieving KPIs while maintaining exceptional customer service and showroom standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and exceed budget plans while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate a collaborative culture and ensure exceptional customer service and showroom standards.
  • Engage in regular reporting, performance analysis, and solution proposals to drive business growth.
  • Maintain stock control, manage team rotas, and oversee showroom maintenance to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Collaborate with other Showroom Managers, head office teams, and external partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure Health & Safety standards, cash handling procedures, and payroll management are upheld at all times.
Requirements
  • Proven retail management or supervisory experience.
  • Passion for our brand and a drive to shape our business's future.
  • Outstanding communication, motivation, and time management skills.
  • A keen interest in furnishings and design.
