Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and talented Retail Store Manager to join our team at Centric Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the overall performance of our store in Bath, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and leading a team of retail professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive store performance through effective team management, brand values, and customer experience delivery
- Generate profit by exceeding KPIs, managing P&L and controllable costs, and maximizing local market opportunities
- Develop and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring they are knowledgeable and motivated to achieve excellence in their roles
- Maximize commercial opportunities, implementing Visual Merchandising and Window Guidelines to a high standard
- Promote and deliver piercing services to customers, supporting the team to achieve excellence
- Be flexible in your approach, supporting other stores and team members to achieve a common goal
- Ensure an inclusive environment, promoting equality and kindness within the team
- Demonstrate customer focus, delivering excellence in customer service and driving this through the team
- Be a confident leader, inspiring the team and leading by example to make our brand a great place to work and shop
- Have a proven history of managing a successful retail store, delivering excellence in customer service and leading a team
- Demonstrate passion, drive, and resilience, with a can-do approach
- Possess a creative approach to support the store and develop the team to reach their full potential
- Have the ability to communicate openly and effectively, and be a solution-driven individual with the ability to make decisions to benefit the business
