Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and generate safety metrics from collected data to support business decision-making
  • Interpret safety-relevant data and communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Stay updated on industry tools and technologies for data pipelines to ensure scalability and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions that meet business needs
  • Develop infrastructures for data management to support business growth

Requirements

  • Passion for safety and systems engineering, with a strong understanding of industry standards
  • Experience in metrics and data analysis, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and SQL, as well as data visualization tools like Grafana
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and communicate findings effectively
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities, with a strong understanding of business needs and priorities
