Your Responsibilities:

As part of our enthusiastic sales team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction at our dealership. This position requires a commitment to customer care as the top priority.

Your tasks will include:

  • Engaging with customers to build genuine relationships and understand their needs, transforming opportunities into sales.
  • Achieving sales targets and maximizing profit margins on each transaction.
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term profitability for the dealership.
  • Conducting outreach to both new and existing customers via phone.
  • Effectively marketing and selling additional products such as GAP insurance, paint protection, service plans, and warranties.
  • Staying informed about current financing options and regulations to provide customers with comprehensive information.

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A background in a target-driven retail sales environment.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent rapport-building capabilities.
  • Motivation and determination.
  • The ability to provide a top-notch customer purchasing experience and capitalize on every sales opportunity.
  • A passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • A valid UK driving license.

While prior experience in automotive sales is advantageous, it is not mandatory as we provide a comprehensive training and development program from day one.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Basic Disclosure under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) procedures. Employment will be contingent upon a satisfactory disclosure report.
