Your Responsibilities:

As part of our enthusiastic sales team, you will be expected to:

  • Engage with customers to build genuine relationships and understand their needs, converting opportunities into sales.
  • Achieve sales targets while maximizing profit margins on each transaction.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term profitability for the dealership.
  • Reach out to both new and existing customers via phone.
  • Effectively promote and sell additional products such as GAP insurance, paint protection, service plans, and warranties.
  • Stay informed about current finance options and regulations to provide customers with all available choices.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a target-driven retail sales environment.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent rapport-building capabilities.
  • Self-motivation and determination.
  • The ability to deliver a top-notch customer purchasing experience while maximizing profit opportunities.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • A valid UK driving license.

While previous experience in the automotive sales industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided from the outset.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Basic Disclosure under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) procedures. Employment will be contingent upon a satisfactory Disclosure report.
