Job Description

Fruition Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Architect to join our team.

You will work closely with our Data team on a large-scale platform modernisation, building new capabilities with AWS Native Services and migrating on-prem services to AWS.

Key focus areas include modern security practices, AI connectivity, Databricks, Streaming (Kafka), Glue Catalogues, and Step Functions.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement secure cloud architectures using AWS Native Services.
  • Collaborate with the Data team to migrate on-prem services to AWS.
  • Develop and maintain modern security practices to protect cloud-based systems.
  • Implement AI connectivity solutions to enhance data processing and analysis.
  • Work with Databricks, S3 Storage, and other cloud-based data services.
  • Design and implement streaming services using Kafka.
  • Develop and maintain Step Functions to automate business processes.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in information security, with a focus on security architecture.
  • Extensive Cloud experience, particularly in AWS (AWS Native Services).
  • Knowledge of AI connectivity is advantageous.
  • Data expertise in DynamoDB, Databricks, S3 Storage.
  • Streaming Services experience in Kafka.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration across multiple teams and with C-level stakeholders.
  • Relevant Security Certifications are a plus.
