Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Stroke team at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality Physiotherapy services to patients with stroke-related conditions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide Physiotherapy assessments and interventions to patients with stroke-related conditions.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Supervise and mentor junior Physiotherapists and students to ensure high-quality care and professional development.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
- Participate in data collection and analysis to inform service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- BSC Physiotherapy Degree and HCPC registration.
- Significant NHS experience in a variety of clinical specialties, including Stroke.
- Strong evidence of MDT working, quality improvement work, and service development.
- Highly developed communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
