Your Responsibilities:

As a qualified Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD), you will ensure that young adults in our care receive exceptional support, while fostering a positive team environment.

The dynamic wards will keep you engaged and motivated, offering a balance of routine and variety.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care to service users
  • Overseeing the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to fellow team members
  • Documenting and reporting all changes in service user conditions, maintaining precise records of care provided

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A relevant nursing qualification
  • NMC registration
  • Strong teamwork abilities
  • A high degree of self-motivation and adaptability
  • A naturally caring and compassionate demeanor
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care based on values and evidence-based practices

Location: You will be part of a facility that specializes in providing care for individuals with eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa.
