Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for allocated contracts, building and maintaining senior-level relationships with clients.
  • Ensure consistent high-quality service delivery and maintain top QA/KPI scores through effective management and monitoring.
  • Lead and manage cleaning teams, ensuring all work meets specified standards and protocols.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, prepare reports, and implement action plans for low-scoring contracts to drive improvement.
  • Handle personnel management, including rostering, training, and performance evaluation to ensure team efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, including COSHH, to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Address and resolve on-site issues, ensuring outstanding service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • BICS knowledge (advantageous)
  • COSHH competence
  • Experience in high footfall public environments
  • IOSH qualified

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and effective communication.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to lead a team through change.
