We are seeking a highly skilled Bill of Materials Engineer to join our team at Thales Above Water Systems (AWS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the input and update of engineering data into our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool.
Key Responsibilities- Input and update engineering data into the PLM tool, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data.
- Review and maintain the validity and maintenance of documents related to the data.
- Act as the point of contact for all business functions relating to product items in the PLM tool.
- Run reports and analyze data sets against design review documentation.
- Provide reports and metrics to the Programme Management team.
- Experience with PLM toolsets, such as Windchill/Teamcenter.
- Ability to read design drawings and identify part breakdown structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to establish and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of the importance of data integrity.
