Job Title: Bill of Materials Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Bill of Materials Engineer to join our team at Thales UK. As a key member of our Above Water Systems team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining product data within our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool.

About the Role:
  • Input and update engineering data into the PLM tool, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Review and maintain documents related to product data, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business functions related to product items in the PLM tool.
  • Run reports and analyze data sets against design review documentation.
  • Provide configuration management tool expertise to the Programme Management team.
Requirements:
  • Experience with PLM toolsets, such as Windchill or Teamcenter.
  • Ability to read design drawings and identify part breakdown structures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
