About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bill of Materials Engineer to join our team at Thales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the input and update of engineering data into our Product Lifecycle Management tool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input and update engineering data into the Product Lifecycle Management tool
  • Review the integrity, validity, and maintenance of documents relating to the data
  • Act as the point of contact for all business functions relating to product items in the PLM tool
  • Run reports and analyze data sets against design review documentation
  • Provide reports and metrics to the Programme Management team

Requirements

  • Experience of PLM toolsets, such as Windchill/Teamcenter
  • Ability to read design drawings and identify a part breakdown structure
  • Continuous improvement and encouragement of a culture of feedback
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize without regular direct supervision
  • Process-driven, methodical, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to establish and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of the importance of data integrity

Security Clearance

This role will require full SC Clearance. It would be advantageous if currently held, however, if not currently held, it is a requirement that the successful applicant will undergo, achieve, and maintain SC Clearance.
