About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Partner to join our client, a leading organisation in the industry, in their Leeds office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Commercial Finance to set the strategic direction of the business.
  • Provide robust commercial insight to identify opportunities for growth and maximise performance.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to drive profitable growth.
  • Work closely with various functions to gain a deep understanding of the business.
  • Communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders and build successful business relationships.

Requirements:

  • CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified.
  • Previous experience in a similar commercial role.
  • Strong analytical, business partnering and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
