Senior Client Relationship Manager - Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for all inquiries from key clients, offering support to colleagues as needed for other accounts.
Assist new clients during their initial membership phase to facilitate their business growth.
Collaborate with various departments to provide tailored support to your key clients, aiding in their business development.
Proactively inform your key clients about the range of products and services available, offering training and guidance as necessary.
Conduct regular meetings with members, either at the office or at suitable locations.
Foster strong relationships with your key clients and effectively resolve any issues that may arise.
Represent the organization at various events, workshops, and trade shows throughout the year as required.
Senior Client Relationship Manager - Required Skills & Experience:
A background in the travel sector is essential, with a preference for experience in retail travel.
Previous experience as a Client Relationship Manager is advantageous.
Strong networking and communication skills, with the ability to engage with members at regional, national, and international events.
A customer-centric, adaptable, and positive attitude, with a willingness to assist in other business areas as needed.
Senior Client Relationship Manager - Additional Information:
This position is office-based, operating Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Willingness to travel for occasional meetings and events is required.

Experience in roles such as Client Executive, Regional Sales Manager, or Travel Agency Manager would be beneficial for this position.
