Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Woodrow Mercer Healthcare Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior leadership and guidance to nurses and support staff, promoting a culture of safety, care, and respect.
  • Collaborate with corporate nursing leaders and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Chief of Service and Divisional Director of Operations to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to inform decision-making and drive quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with a relevant professional body.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
