About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Eden Scott. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-profile projects within the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems for offshore oil and gas environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including engineering calculation packages, 3D concept designs, and test procedures.
  • Review and approve fabrication, manufacture, and assembly drawings.
  • Generate operation manuals for equipment and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in design of fabricated structures for offshore/subsea environments to DNV standards.
  • Proficiency in modeling software (Solidworks and AutoCAD) and FEA software (Solidworks or ANSYS).
  • Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
