Key Responsibilities:
  • Grant Management: Manage the grant management record for Turing Scheme grant recipients, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Financial Review: Review financial information submitted by grant recipients, including re-planning and expenditure profiles, monthly reporting, and final reports.
  • Compliance and Assurance: Ensure grant recipients meet grant funding agreement requirements, checking evidence and escalating any issues to the assurance team.
  • Grant Management Queries: Deal with grant management queries, including receiving grant funding agreements, checking signatures, and updating the CRM system.
  • Re-planning and Expenditure Profile: Check re-planning and expenditure profiles for accuracy and completeness, flagging any changes and updating the plan approved field in the CRM system.
  • Monthly Reporting and Payment Claims: Check monthly reports and payment claims for completeness and accuracy, chasing any missing information and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Dealing with Changes to Placement Plans: Review changes to placement plans and escalate any issues to the assurance team, updating the CRM system as necessary.
  • Enforcing the Grant Funding Agreement: Sample check safeguarding checklists, check evidence of spend, and request evidence of spend from grant recipients as necessary.
  • Student Eligibility: Use agreed checks to sample check student eligibility.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain a positive relationship with grant recipients, responding to queries promptly and providing excellent customer service.
  • Final Reporting: Check final reports for completeness and accuracy, chasing any missing information and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
