Pet Care Centre Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pet Care Centre Manager to join our team at Pets at Home Retail. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Pet Care Centre, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pet Care Centre, including stock control, recruitment, and store standards.
  • Lead a team of retail professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales and performance targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience in a supervisory or management role in the retail sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering high standards and great results.
  • Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Passionate about retail and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
