We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team at Jeffries Recruitment. As a Business Services Senior, you will be responsible for preparing complete and accurate statutory accounts and tax computations/returns for various business entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Provide tax advisory services to businesses and individuals, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Support the training and development of junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting practice, with a strong background in financial statement preparation and tax advisory services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
- Proficiency in accounting software, including Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.
