Accounting Manager

We are a reputable firm of Chartered Accountants based in Oxford, seeking an experienced Accounts/Senior to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts for a mixed portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a variety of complex accounts assignments across multiple sectors, liaising with seniors, managers, and partners as required.
- Prepare statutory accounts and management accounts for a range of clients, including sole traders, limited companies, and partnerships.
- Prepare and review corporation tax computations.
- Plan, review, and finalise accounts, including preparation, approval, and monitoring of budgets and finalisation of financial statements.
- Maintain client relationships and deal with any complex queries and adjustments.
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior members of the team.
- Stay up-to-date with all accounting changes and attend relevant training courses.
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of practice experience and a professional qualification such as ACCA/ACA. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as well as a good technical knowledge of FRS102 1A. Experience with software such as CCH, Sage, and Xero would be an advantage.
