Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Call Listening Administrator. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our Sales Advisers are providing compliant advice to our clients, adhering to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and assess the advice given by Sales Advisors to ensure that clients' needs are met and that all advice and documentation meets required standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product recommendations and ensure compliance with FCA regulatory requirements.

  • Strong eye for detail and ability to analyze complex information.
