Compensation Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team at St. James's Place. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining compensation and grading structures, conducting fixed and variable pay analyses, remuneration reviews, and benchmarking.

Key Responsibilities
Support the annual remuneration review process, including salary reviews, bonus allocations, and share distribution.
Assist with updates to the annual bonus schemes and manage reward regulatory reporting and analytics.
Manage reward systems, including data analysis, monitoring, and query resolution.
Collaborate on total reward projects and continuous improvement initiatives using market insights and best practices.
Provide support during peak periods on benefits, pensions, and share-related activities.

Requirements
Strong ability to analyse sophisticated data, spot trends, and propose informed reward solutions.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and other reward technologies.
Broad understanding of HR policies and reward regulations, with knowledge of financial services and competitive reward schemes in the market.

Benefits
Non-Contributory Pension – 10% (increasing with length of service up to 15%) with further pension matching.
