Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate the export documentation process for our ocean freight services. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of export clearance procedures and be able to work efficiently to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate export clearance procedures, including completing AWB's, bills of lading instructions and approvals, customs entries, and identification and preparation of all other documentation required for export.
  • Liaise with clients, overseas agents, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure seamless export operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a freight forwarding business.
  • Strong knowledge of export clearance procedures and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
