Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead Spa Specialist to become a vital part of our esteemed team at Rosewood London . The Lead Spa Specialist will be responsible for supervising the spa staff to guarantee that our guests enjoy consistently exceptional and serene spa experiences. This position entails a work schedule of approximately 40 hours distributed over 5 days on a rotating weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering an uninterrupted service throughout the entire spa by taking full responsibility for the guest's spa journey.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas, ensuring they are well-equipped with all necessary supplies.
  • Serving as the departmental mentor to uphold and promote high standards consistently.
  • Ensuring that the spa team is knowledgeable about and adheres to Health and Safety regulations concerning facilities, treatments, and products, ensuring compliance for both guests and staff.
Candidate Profile
  • Ability to lead a team and cultivate positive relationships among team members.
  • A strong passion for guest service and a commitment to enhancing the guest experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of performing specific treatments in a refined environment.
  • Holding an ITEC Level 3 or equivalent certification in massage and/or beauty therapies.
