The spa features seven private treatment rooms where guests can indulge in massages, facial and body therapies, and rejuvenating rituals that incorporate Ayurvedic aromatherapy. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest quality of treatments to guests, ensuring adherence to Peninsula standards and principles.
  • Confidently establish rapport with guests and provide product recommendations.
  • Maintain treatment rooms in pristine condition, ensuring they are set up according to specifications (i.e.: temperature, equipment, layout, etc.).

General Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar position within a luxury hotel or spa environment.
  • Knowledgeable in spa operations within a high-end hotel setting.
  • Certified therapist with recognized international qualifications such as NVQ Levels, CIDESCO, or accreditation in deep tissue or sports massage.
  • Enthusiastic about quality, guest satisfaction, and attention to detail; proactive and self-motivated with a solid understanding of holistic wellness concepts.
