Project Manager - Heat Treatments/Metallurgy

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Heat Treatments/Metallurgy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the heat treatment or metallurgy industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
