Position Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist in various administrative and operational tasks within the Marketing division, aimed at enhancing revenue streams and fostering partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing team with general administrative duties and project management.
- Utilize various software applications, including CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for data management and content entry.
Content Development:
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to create and maintain engaging content for the company’s social media platforms.
- Monitor and manage the company’s online reputation by overseeing social media channels and relevant review platforms.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Assist the Marketing Manager in generating reports related to inquiries and digital marketing activities, ensuring thorough monitoring and evaluation.
- Contribute to the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Traffic Management:
- Collaborate with external agencies to drive traffic to the company website and analyze conversion metrics.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing projects as directed by the Marketing Manager.
Customer Engagement:
- Oversee customer feedback reporting and ISO monitoring, providing monthly updates for review.
- Manage incoming inquiries via marketing communication channels, ensuring proper routing to relevant departments.
- Facilitate customer survey submissions through the company’s CRM system.
Additional Duties:
- Handle canvassing uploads and other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Work Environment: This is an office-based position with a probationary period.
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Benefits:
