Space Executive is a fast-growing start-up in the financial services sector, specializing in regulatory compliance automation through data-driven solutions.

We are seeking a talented Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a passion for innovation and a strong background in data-driven solutions to lead our technology team in revolutionizing regulatory compliance within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Technology Strategy: Develop and execute the overall technology strategy to align with the company's business goals and regulatory compliance objectives.
  • Lead Technology Team: Lead and inspire a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Drive Data-Driven Solutions: Drive the development of data-driven solutions and automation tools to streamline regulatory compliance processes for financial services clients.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and operations, to prioritize and deliver technology initiatives that meet client needs.
  • Stay Current on Emerging Technologies: Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in regulatory compliance to inform decision-making and drive innovation within the organization.
  • Manage Technology Partnerships: Manage technology partnerships and vendor relationships to leverage external expertise and resources in support of the company's goals.
  • Ensure Technology Infrastructure: Ensure the security and scalability of our technology infrastructure, meeting industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven track record of leading technology teams in designing and implementing data-driven solutions in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for financial institutions, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment, with a demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results.
  • Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and blockchain in the context of regulatory compliance automation.
