Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a business plan to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead a team of administrative staff, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they meet their performance objectives.
- Collaborate with other managers to ensure seamless client engagement and expectation management.
- Communicate and promote the company's vision and plan to the team and wider organization.
- Manage staff and make decisions to achieve individual and team objectives, aligning with the company's overall strategy.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review KPIs and provide feedback.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with staff, peers, and senior management as required.
- Support internal stakeholders in contributing to the overall sales strategy.
- Sponsor key client engagement and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the sales team.
- Set a positive example for the team in areas of personal character, commitment, personal organization, skills, and general work habits.
- Manage customer relationships, including deliveries, issues, and contract management.
- Ensure quotes for maintenance contracts are prepared and renewed in a timely manner.
- Manage supplier relationships, including stock and logistics issue resolution.
- Order from distribution channels or direct from main suppliers.
- Negotiate maximum discounts or rebates with distributors or suppliers.
- Own document management systems and processes related to quotes, sales order processing, maintenance contracts, billing, and invoicing.
- Support sales optimization and productivity by improving back-office tools and processes.
- Ensure accuracy of sales and service billing, reducing errors.
- Balance and optimize workload across the team.
- Experience in managing a team of 4 or more.
- Previous experience in an ICT or MSP environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
- Commercial awareness and ability to create customer propositions that are flexible, solution-oriented, and aligned with company requirements.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Adept at prioritizing workloads, time management, and utilizing organizational skills.
- Relevant business experience, preferably across a range of back-office functions in a medium-sized business.
- Experience in the process of quoting and delivering goods and services within an ICT business.
- Experience in managing and developing teams of staff.
- Good understanding of the sales process from customer order to invoice to cash.
- Experience in delivering change projects in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
- Proven ability to manage a varied workload and prioritize effectively.
- Experience working on an ERP implementation and using a mainstream ERP system in-life would be beneficial.
- Strong commitment to and achievement of business goals.
- Excellent people management skills.
- High levels of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to work towards deadlines.
- Ability to grasp business complexities and solve problems in a proactive manner.
- Awareness of how the role impacts company performance, considering the needs of all stakeholders, pre-empting potential situations, and taking action to avert them.
- Ensure relevant and timely communication with all stakeholders who might be impacted by actions or inactions.

- Salary (Competitive)
- 25 days holiday (All statutory bank holidays relevant to regional country) – 1 extra day after 5 years. Part-time/temporary employees is a pro-rata equivalent.
