Role Overview
This newly established position will report directly to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for managing all customer marketing initiatives across the EMEA region, targeting various segments and channels. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Director to shape the overarching strategy, positioning, and messaging of campaigns throughout the region. Additionally, this role will involve working in tandem with internal marketing and sales teams to drive growth. Responsibilities will include content creation, blog writing, and the development of sales tools and resources for internal stakeholders, alongside regular performance measurement and ROI analysis.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a skilled Marketing Manager with a background in customer or product marketing within a B2B context, demonstrating a proven track record in strategic planning and campaign execution. A comprehensive understanding of customer segmentation and account-based communication strategies is essential, complemented by exceptional copywriting abilities. Strong project management skills and the ability to present concepts and campaigns effectively to internal teams, as well as lead external agencies, are crucial. Experience in the events or hospitality sector is advantageous, and proficiency in French or German would be a plus.
