**Job Summary**

We're seeking a creative and energetic Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue, guest satisfaction, and service delivery across our sites. You'll work closely with our Operations Director to develop and implement strategies that set us apart from the competition.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and motivate a diverse team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Oversee multiple premium sites within the hospitality or retail industry
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability
  • Enhance and drive guest satisfaction through service standards strategy and delivery
  • Ensure all sites operate lawfully, safely, and responsibly by providing comprehensive staff training and accountability
  • Develop and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability
  • Display outstanding leadership skills, emphasizing a hands-on managerial presence to foster a positive work environment
  • Possess high attention to detail and exceptional organizational ability
  • Be ambitious and have a proactive approach to your career
