About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Media & Entertainment company as an International Benefits Project Consultant. You will be responsible for creating a new benefits offering and supporting the harmonization of benefits & leave plans across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a new benefits strategy for the EMEA region
  • Harmonize benefits and leave plans across multiple legacy organizations
  • Liaise and lead with stakeholders across the business in the UK and EMEA regions
  • Own and manage the benefits project from start to finish

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in benefits consulting, with a focus on creating and harmonizing benefits offerings on a global or EMEA scale
  • Experience working with large employee groups (over 2,500 employees) across multiple countries
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
