Principal Global Benefits Consultant

Aon is seeking a highly experienced Principal Global Benefits Consultant to lead client teams for some of our largest and most prestigious accounts. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic discussions with clients, leveraging Aon's wealth of experts, and play a lead role in cross-discipline new business pitches.
  • Be accountable for the delivery of our services to clients globally, tracking performance across client portfolios and providing feedback to leadership.
  • Build key relationships within the Aon network to support delivery of global consulting services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience working on complex multi-country employee benefits-related projects and relationships.
  • Significant experience of working with clients on consulting projects across the spectrum of employee benefits, including retirement, risk, medical, and flexible benefits.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships.
  • Demonstrable understanding of and practical experience in how employee benefits programmes work globally, and how these programmes are effectively governed and managed at a global level.
