Key Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Partner, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing early careers processes, which entails gathering requirements, assisting with recruitment campaigns, and coordinating with central recruitment teams to ensure efficient onboarding.
- Serving as the primary contact for participants in early careers programs, including graduates, apprentices, and hiring managers.
- Coordinating our work experience program and ensuring compliance with established processes.
- Engaging in outreach initiatives with local educational institutions to foster relationships and support future recruitment efforts.
- Preparing meeting materials for all people oversight meetings.
- Conducting detailed analysis of management information and generating compliance reports related to people management metrics.
- Managing the administration of essential HR processes, including payroll adjustments and oversight of training and retirement programs.
- Overseeing recruitment activities, including coordinating assessment centers in collaboration with designated recruiters and hiring managers.
- Supporting and managing various HR projects as needed.
- Ensuring the security and confidentiality of personal information.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Security Vetting Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the criteria for Security Vetting, which typically requires residency in the UK for at least three of the last five years.
