MON - THURS 07.30 - 16.00 FRI 07.30 - 12.30
1 IN EVERY 4 WEEKS 08.00 - 16.00 FRI 08.00 - 15.30

AS PART OF THIS ROLE YOU MAY BE EXPECTED TO TAKE PART IN THE ON CALL SCHEME AS REQUIRED.

**What will you deliver?**:
To lead & motivate a team delivering a wide range of Industrial Services. This is site-based role, covering various areas. You will be responsible for a team of industrial Operatives and supporting the Industrial Services Manager, conducting Housekeeping Tours, and following up on actions associated with maintaining excellence on site for Equans and the client. The role involves liaising with EDF and Contract partners alike to strive towards improving the site in all aspects of the EDF 8 Point model.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Experience with a record of delivery in a supervisory role with teams of up to c. 10 people
- Effective and decisive organisational skills with experience in introducing new ideas and approaches within the team.
- Ability to lead a team and communicate across all levels working within performance management systems.
- Experience of developing operational teams, focused on service delivery.
- Sound understanding of H&S, Environment and QA procedures.
- Ability to make decisions and communicate these effectively to team.
- Rounded educational background.
- IT Literate
