Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Marketing Talent | Marketing Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive high-quality leads and contribute to business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Utilize a mix of content, account-based, and performance marketing tactics to attract and convert leads from targeted institutions.
  • Partner with Product Marketers to enhance content and ad creatives, and collaborate with Sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Own the marketing automation strategy to increase lead-to-opportunity conversion and manage customer data infrastructure across all customer touchpoints.
  • Analyse campaign performance, revenue attribution, and ROI, and implement A/B testing and other data-driven methodologies to enhance conversion rates on websites and campaign landing pages.
  • Provide regular, detailed reports and actionable insights to management on the effectiveness of marketing activities and their contribution to business growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a B2B marketing role, with a focus on growth marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Ideally experience working in the B2B financial, data, or market intelligence sectors.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Good knowledge of digital ad platforms, SEO, conversion rate optimisation tools, and content management systems.
  • Paid Social experience - LinkedIn Ads ideally.
  • Proficient in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Power BI, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
