Job Overview

Infinigate Cloud is seeking a skilled Product Operations Coordinator to join their team based in Fareham. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a technical professional to contribute to the growth and development of the company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of the Infinigate Cloud Catalogue and price management system, ensuring all information is current and accurate. They will also support the team in the delivery of the CORE configuration of Vendor Connect packages and assist in the ongoing administration of the CORE Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the Infinigate Cloud Catalogue and price management system
  • Support the team in the delivery of the CORE configuration of Vendor Connect packages
  • Assist in the ongoing administration of the CORE Marketplace
  • Support the expansion of Infinigate Cloud into new markets/Operating Units
  • Support the business and relevant teams in understanding the CORE system and its configuration
  • Fulfill specific Partner Integrations such as Branding and Identity
  • Support the handling of Product maintenance and service status notifications from Connect vendors
  • Maintain CORE related content on the Infinigate Cloud Partner Portal
  • Proactively maintain the team internal mailbox and ensure all emails are logged and answered within SLA
  • Support co-workers by handling internal questions and walk-ups

Requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English, level 4 or grade A to C (or equivalent)
  • Competent PC user with excellent Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Keen interest in technology and cloud computing
  • Good coordination and planning skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Benefits:

  • £26,000 - £32,000 salary per annum
  • 25 days annual leave rising to 28 days with length of service plus bank holidays
