The School of Engineering at Liverpool John Moores University is looking for a Senior Lecturer (Grade 8) with a salary range of £45,585 - £56,021 per annum or a Reader (Grade 9) with a salary range of £57,696 - £64,914 per annum. This role is pivotal in advancing our initiatives in Marine and Offshore Engineering, Offshore Renewables, and Maritime Decarbonisation.
The successful candidate will become a vital member of the Liverpool Logistics, Offshore and Marine Research Institute (LOOM), which boasts a robust history of research excellence in these domains. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a seasoned academic to integrate into a well-established research community and enhance their research profile.
Key Responsibilities- Prioritize student experience as a core aspect of academic practice.
