Job Title: ICT Technical Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ICT Technical Specialist to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. As a key member of our integration team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our clients, handling tasks such as BAU, new builds, and project work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to integration teams, handling tasks like BAU, new builds, and project work.
  • Act as the point of escalation for customer issues, working closely with local and centralised support teams to ensure deadlines and compliance are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Linux OS (Debian 11, Ubuntu).
  • Knowledge of Windows Server environments.
  • Experience with web servers like IIS, Apache, and Nginx.

Desirable Skills:

  • Understanding of SSL certificates and virtual server platforms.
  • Knowledge of databases (MS SQL, MariaDB, MySQL, Cassandra).
  • Proven 3rd Line Support experience.
