We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Conference & Events Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment
  • Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful event execution
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in conference and events coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
