Exciting Opportunity at Victim Support

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Triage & Early Intervention Officer to join our South Wales team. As a key member of our Victim Care unit at Llanrumney in Cardiff, you will play a vital role in providing support to victims of crime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide empathetic and professional support to victims of crime
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify victims' needs and develop effective support plans
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives to improve victim support services
