Are you passionate about craftsmanship in the jewellery industry? As a Jewellery Finishing Specialist at Signet Jewelers Ltd, you will play a vital role in our Jewellery Repairs workshop. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional Clean, Polish, and Rhodium plating (CPR) services, contributing to one of the UK's largest jewellery and watch repair operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of a BSC Team Leader, perform various polishing, refinishing, and plating tasks on a diverse range of jewellery items, tailored to your skill level.
- Take ownership of your work and collaborate with your team to meet targets, KPIs, and objectives.
- Maintain and enhance your skill level in accordance with defined standards.
- Manage your workload effectively while adhering to agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure compliance with all aspects of personal and customer product security to prevent leakage and damage.
About You:
- Possess the ability to learn and maintain essential knowledge related to bench test requirements.
- Exhibit strong oral communication skills.
- Show willingness to pursue jewellery qualifications, such as JET and Assay office training.
- Be open to undertaking health and safety/legislative qualifications, including IOSH, Risk Assessment, and COSHH.
- Capable of lifting boxes and files weighing less than 25 lbs.
