Senior Reward Analyst

Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading global organisation to find a Senior Reward Analyst to join their team on a maternity cover basis.
The role is based in their state-of-the-art offices in Surrey, with easy access to public transportation and ample parking facilities.
This is a dynamic and challenging role that involves working closely with the global compensation team to develop and implement compensation programmes and initiatives.
As the Senior Reward Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and analysing market trends, compensation structures, and individual role pricing. Your duties will include:
- Collaborating with HR teams to provide insights and recommendations on reward data and compensation packages
- Producing detailed analysis of market data and providing strategic recommendations for reward packages
- Managing the day-to-day administration of long-term incentive plans (LTIPs)
- Working on job levelling and harmonisation projects to ensure consistency across the organisation
- Providing market-specific benchmarking for pay reviews and supporting annual pay and bonus cycles
- Supporting pay equity and transparency initiatives across global offices
- Managing the day-to-day administration of share plans
To be considered for this role, you should have a proven track record as a Reward/Compensation analyst in an international organisation. You should possess strong analytical and business partnering skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
