Our client is a leading global organisation operating within a highly dynamic and fast paced industry. Due to a period of recent change, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reward Analyst to join them, initially on an interim basis with real potential for permanency.

As Senior Reward Analyst you will report into the Reward Director and play a crucial role within the People and Leadership function, supporting the Reward Team and business leaders with data-driven insights. You will analyse market data, conduct job levelling, support pay and bonus cycles, and manage the administration of share plans. Additionally, you will be given the opportunity to work with the Reward Director on a variety of international projects whilst supporting pay equity initiatives, ensuring accurate payroll processes, directly impacting the company’s ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
